Tewksbury Hospital
Witnesses described Clancy receiving care at Tewksbury Hospital after leaving Spaulding Rehab, with Paul Zeizel and Phillip Resnick testifying that suicide concerns required constant staff observation. Avram Mack and Kirk Heilbrun interviewed her there in spring 2026; Heilbrun cited the hospital's recorded bipolar diagnosis and medication-response history in supporting his bipolar II opinion, while acknowledging difficulty identifying a clear manic episode. Andrew Chiacchio testified that he went there on May 15, 2024, to collect DNA from Clancy.

About
The hospital's records and evaluations informed expert testimony about Clancy's diagnosis, behavior and suicide risk. Heilbrun relied partly on its longitudinal records for his bipolar II opinion, and the hospital was also a site of DNA evidence collection.
