47 Summer Street in Duxbury
In its opening statement, the Commonwealth alleged that Lindsay Clancy strangled the children with exercise bands at the family's home at 47 Summer Street on January 24, 2023. Police and fire witnesses testified that they were dispatched there shortly after 6:00 PM that evening. Investigators described securing and searching the home under a warrant, while forensic testimony addressed basement stains and DNA from a yellow exercise band located in the basement office.
McLean Hospital
Lindsay Clancy received voluntary inpatient psychiatric care at McLean Hospital from January 1 to January 5, 2023, following transfer from Mass General after reporting suicidal thoughts. Kirk Heilbrun testified that Seroquel was discontinued during the stay and that discharge records documented no psychosis or suicidal or homicidal thinking. McLean discharge paperwork was introduced as Exhibit 146.
South Shore Perinatal Behavioral Health Clinic
Rebecca Jollotta confirmed that Lindsay Clancy was a patient at the clinic between November 20, her first contact with Julie Paul, and December 13, her last meeting with Jollotta. The Weymouth clinic offered medication management and counseling for pregnant and postpartum patients. Donald Condie confirmed that clinic clinician Latiesha Dukes had discussed care at Women and Infants with Clancy before her December 15 emergency-room visit.
3V restaurant
Patrick Clancy testified that his family had previously eaten at 3V restaurant in Plymouth and that he went there after CVS on January 24, 2023. Phone-data testimony identified a 4:13 PM Apple Maps search for the restaurant and a planned route from the home. The takeout trip became part of the disputed timeline surrounding the children's deaths.
CVS in Kingston
Patrick Clancy visited CVS at 189 Summer Street in Kingston during an errand for children's laxative medication on January 24, 2023. Timothy Chiappini identified a 4:48 PM call from Lindsay Clancy's phone to the store, and Patrick confirmed surveillance footage showing his entry at 5:32 PM. Andrew Chiacchio testified that he went to the pharmacy to obtain surveillance video.
Aster Mental Health
Jennifer Tufts described Aster Mental Health as a psychiatrist-owned outpatient practice with psychiatrists and therapists, where she began independent practice in August 2022. She said the practice used the PHQ-9 rather than the Edinburgh scale. Avram Mack confirmed reviewing Aster records that included Tufts's work.
