Eitan Negri testified about repairing Lindsay Clancy's wrist lacerations and identified photographs admitted into evidence. Under cross-examination, he acknowledged deeper wound measurements and her critical condition while distinguishing his own treatment and observations from care he did not perform or witness.

About
Eitan Negri testified for the Commonwealth on Day 7 about treating Lindsay Clancy at Brigham and Women's Hospital on January 25, 2023. A physician assistant, he repaired wrist lacerations and consulted other services about her other injuries. He saw no active bleeding in the previously dressed wounds and said he did not observe lacerations extending beyond subcutaneous tissue. He believed he used three sutures for one right-wrist wound and said he used one for the left; other wounds received cleaning and Steri-Strips. After he identified photographs of his repairs, the court admitted four photographs as exhibits 201 through 204.
On cross-examination, Kevin Reddington challenged the characterization of the wrist injuries as superficial. Negri acknowledged that Clancy was critically ill, described a wound he repaired as about three centimeters deep, and agreed with measurements Reddington read from Dr. Anderson's note: 3.5 centimeters deep at the right wrist and two centimeters deep at the left. He distinguished his ongoing care from procedures he did not perform. He managed chest tubes after insertion but did not place them, did not participate in the transfusion or spinal treatment, and was not present when Clancy suffered cardiac arrest.
On redirect, Shanan Buckingham asked Negri about the medical notes and the meaning of depth. He confirmed that the notes shown were not his and described depth as an objective measurement going into the skin rather than across it. He did not specifically recall the January 24 assessment attributed to Dr. Anderson, but confirmed that he came in to repair the injuries on January 25.
