About
Vincent Cahill testified for the Commonwealth on Day 3 about his response to 47 Summer Street on January 24, 2023. The Duxbury police officer described seeing Lindsay Clancy receiving care outside, then entering the basement after hearing screaming. He said Patrick Clancy was screaming and pointing toward the area where Cahill found two children.
Cahill testified that neither Cora nor Callan had a pulse when he checked them. He assisted Officer Josephine with CPR and rescue breaths for Cora, who did not regain a pulse or breathing while he assisted her. He did not recall helping move her to the ambulance.
Cahill also explained that he moved furniture to make room for treatment. Shown Exhibit 96, he confirmed placing the ottoman on the couch bed. The Crime Scene Entry and Exit Log he maintained was admitted as Exhibit 109 without objection. The defense asked no questions.
