Under Jennifer Sprague's questioning, Shelgren reported no difficulty understanding the caller or being understood, no slurred or impaired voice, and nothing unusual about the call. She testified that a man collected the order at 5:54 PM and reported nothing unusual about that interaction.
Shelgren identified the pickup customer in Exhibit 30 footage and identified Exhibit 31 as an order printout bearing the name Patrick and a phone number. She explained that the restaurant attached such printouts to takeout bags and retained a copy. Kevin Reddington declined to question her.
