Rebecca Jollotta testified that on December 15, Clancy reported persistent suicidal thoughts without an active plan and said she was likely to seek care at MGH. Paul Zeizel testified that Clancy declined a McLean inpatient bed during a Mass General emergency-room visit and indicated she would pursue outpatient treatment at Women and Infants. Alia Goodheart identified the emergency department as the place from which Clancy arrived at McLean in the early morning of January 1, 2023.
