Heilbrun's evaluation report
Heilbrun said his report listed the records he reviewed over four pages and stated his understanding of the criminal-responsibility standard on its first page. Avram Mack testified that he had reviewed the report and thought Heilbrun had diagnosed bipolar II disorder. On cross-examination and recross-examination, Heilbrun confirmed that the report described Clancy as cooperative, affable and friendly and cited Phillip Resnick's research in connection with malingering.
