Zeizel acknowledged writing that Clancy was medication stabilized and discontinuing most, if not all, psychotropic medications, with an emerging capacity to stabilize without them. During cross-examination, he agreed that she remained at Tewksbury Hospital and was still taking psychotropic medications.
