McLean admission and discharge documentation

Heilbrun said the admission documentation listed postpartum depression and recurrent, mild major depressive disorder after Lindsay entered McLean on January 1, 2023 for suicidal thinking. He described the January 5 discharge documentation as noting no psychosis or suicidal or homicidal thinking. He separately attributed to Lindsay the report that intrusive suicidal thoughts returned within about a week of discharge.
